I am not sure how the doctor is because i didnt even go in after talking to receptionist. Couldnt get in with my normal doctor and they were closed when i began having more issues so i called batniji, because my dentist said to see if they could get me in sooner, and when i called to discuss some issues and if i should wait to see my primary dentist or go here right away the receptionist just completely blew me off and just kept telling me to come in for a simple consult when all i wanted to know if that was necessary now like life or death pretty much when i have most my stuff figurrd out somewhere else for my root canal. Didnt want to pay 2 times for a consult if it wasnt absolutely necessary. Which at that point the receptionist just interrupted me and said "okey fine, ill just cancle your appointment" and just hung up. I never asked her to cancle it at that point was still trying to discuss and get a straightforward answer. A receptionist in a clinic setting should not have that attitude with clients... i simply will not go there no longer because of how rude she was. If that is tolerated there i dont want to meet the staff that would be doing my care.
